As a humble HDB resale flat owner myself starting out my life, I have walked the journey myself from turning my HDB resale flat into two private properties that have paved my road to retirement.
The property market has changed over the years where just owning a piece of public housing no longer guarantees growth. The market has evolved, but the transparency of knowledge of how to change your view of your property as an asset to greater financial comfort has not caught up.
